I first dipped my toes into advertising when I, along with a stuffed armadillo, appeared in a 1988 Polaroid commercial.

After a quick, 10-year stint managing recycling programs, I directed the award-winning, KQED documentaries The Recyclergy and The Legend of Toilet-Seat Charlie, falling in love with editing and storytelling. I never looked back.

When not editing or raising my two daughters, you might find me riding one of my bikes around Berkeley, Oakland or San Francisco, also not looking back.
